Made by a translator. Built for translators.

QAdesk is built by a working translator who understands translation QA firsthand. It's designed to make quality checks simpler, faster, and more practical for everyday translation work.

Quality assurance is the part of the job that's most important and least fun. QAdesk exists to make it fast, thorough, and entirely yours.

It started with a simple frustration: after translating a file, you still have to prove it's right — every number, every tag, every term, across hundreds of segments. The existing tools were either dated, expensive, or wanted your clients' confidential files in the cloud. So QAdesk was built the other way round: a professional QA tool that runs entirely on your own machine, that you actually control.

Under the hood it reads the formats real CAT tools produce, runs 32 language-neutral checks, scores files against LQA profiles, and adds an offline agent framework that proposes and verifies fixes — never changing anything without your permission. An optional local AI assistant runs through Ollama, so even that stays on your computer.

QAdesk supports all language pairs, with particular care for scripts like Devanagari that other tools handle poorly. It's built by a working translator, for the way translators actually work.
